<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Ahmedabad Detection of Crime Branch (DCB) has arrested leading national daily&rsquo;s Gujarat head Mahesh Langa and few other businessmen for their alleged role pan India GST credit scam using fake firms.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Assistant Commissioner of Police (DCB) Bharat Patel confirming Langa&rsquo;s arrest, his wife too summoned for questioning, initially police have not found any evidence against her and so she allowed to go home, but police may call her as and when required for further questioning.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Central GST Intelligence had filed criminal complaint against 33 firms and 12 businessmen, who created fake firms and were presenting fake bills to claim credit. Complaint is also lodged BJP&rsquo;s sitting MLA Ajay Bhaga Barad and nephew for their alleged involvement in the tax evasion scam.</p>

<div>ક્રાઇમ બ્રાન્ચમાં નોંધાયેલી ફરિયાદ મુજબ, 33 જેટલી વ્યક્તિઓ એ પહેલા રાજ્યમાં 12 જેટલી પેઢીઓ બોગસ પેઢીઓની રચના કરી, કર ચોરીનું કૌભાંડ શરૂ કર્યું હતું. તેનું વિસ્તરણ કરી સમગ્ર દેશમાં 200 જેટલી બોગસ પેઢીઓ બનાવી કરચોરી આદરી અબજો રૂપિયાનું દેશને નુકસાન કર્યું છે. આ ગુન્હામાં પોલીસ 33 જેટલી વ્યક્તિઓની અટકાયત કરી&nbsp; લીધી છે. આ કેસમાં પત્રકાર મહેશ લાંગાની ધરપકડ કરી છે, તેમ ભરત પટેલ, આસીસટન્ટ કમિશ્નર ઓફ પોલીસે (ક્રાઇમ બ્રાન્ચ) જણાવ્યુ હતું..</div>
