Portuguese footballer Diogo Jota, 28, tragically died in a car crash near Zamora in northwestern Spain. The fatal incident also claimed the life of his brother, Andre Silva, aged 26.
The crash occurred on the A-52 highway near Palacios de Sanabria, where their vehicle reportedly caught fire, spreading flames to nearby vegetation. Emergency services confirmed both occupants of the car were deceased at the scene.
