Former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh has strongly criticised Mohsin Naqvi, chairman of both the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), for allegedly taking away the Asia Cup trophy after India&rsquo;s victory over Pakistan in the final.
The controversy erupted following India&rsquo;s five-wicket win on September 28 at the Dubai International Stadium. 
Reports suggest that the Indian team, led by Suryakumar Yadav, declined to accept the trophy from Naqvi due to ongoing diplomatic tensions between the two nations.
Harbhajan condemned Naqvi&rsquo;s behaviour, calling it &ldquo;unbecoming of an administrator,&rdquo; and urged the ACC to address the incident publicly. 
The matter has since intensified the cricketing and political rivalry, with fans on both sides expressing anger across social media platforms.
India&rsquo;s refusal to receive the trophy is seen as a symbolic protest against recent political developments, while the PCB has not yet issued an official statement on the controversy.
