<div>An official said that the police rushed to the spot and brought the victim to the police station where a complaint was registered based on her statement.</div>

<div>According to police, the victim met the accused near a liquor shop and they consumed alcohol together. After she came under the influence of alcohol, the accused overpowered and raped her.</div>

<div>Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Omprakash Mishra said that the incident occurred on Wednesday. &ldquo;Police team swung into action soon after video surfaced on social media. An FIR was registered and the accused was arrested,&rdquo; Mishra said.</div>

<div>After hearing about the incident, former MP Chief Minister Kamal Nath told media persons, &ldquo;This is just one case; there are so many similar incidents that have happened across the state. The law and order situation has completely collapsed, and the public is a witness to this. Loot, rape and other crimes are rampant in every district of the state.&rdquo;</div>

<div>Madhya Pradesh Congress chief Jitu Patwari shared the assault video on X and questioned about the law and order situation of the state.</div>

<div>Meanwhile, three persons were arrested on Thursday for their alleged involvement in the rape and murder of a 19-year-old girl belonging to the Scheduled Caste community in Karnataka&rsquo;s Bidar district, an official said.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>

<div>Bidar Superintendent of Police Pradeep Gunti, said that a case under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed along with rape and murder charges.</div>

<div>&ldquo;Of the three accused, one hails from the same village (as that of the girl). The other two are from a neighbouring village. All the three have been arrested, and legal action has also been initiated against them,&rdquo; the police officer said, adding the incident happened in the Basavakalyan taluk.</div>

<div>According to police, the girl was missing since August 29.</div>

<p>ઉજ્જૈન / બેંગલુરુ : મધ્યપ્રદેશના ઉજ્જૈનમાં એક હેરાન કરનાર વીડિયો સામે આવ્યો છે જેમાં એક મહિલા પર રસ્તા પર બળાત્કાર થતો જોવા મળી રહ્યો છે, જે રાજ્યમાં મહિલાઓની સુરક્ષા પર સવાલો ઉભા કરે છે.</p>
<p>એક અધિકારીએ જણાવ્યું કે પોલીસ ઘટનાસ્થળે પહોંચી અને પીડિતાને પોલીસ સ્ટેશન લાવી જ્યાં તેના નિવેદનના આધારે ફરિયાદ નોંધવામાં આવી.</p>
<p>ત્યારબાદ પોલીસે શોધખોળ હાથ ધરી આરોપીની ધરપકડ કરવાનો દાવો કર્યો હતો.</p>
<p>પોલીસના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર પીડિતા આરોપીને દારૂની દુકાન પાસે મળી હતી અને તેઓએ સાથે મળીને દારૂ પીધો હતો. તેણી દારૂના નશામાં આવી ગયા પછી, આરોપીએ તેના પર વધુ પડતો બળાત્કાર ગુજાર્યો હતો.</p>
<p>મુખ્ય પોલીસ અધિક્ષક (CSP) ઓમપ્રકાશ મિશ્રાએ જણાવ્યું કે આ ઘટના બુધવારે બની હતી. &ldquo;સોશિયલ મીડિયા પર વીડિયો સામે આવ્યા બાદ પોલીસ ટીમ તરત જ એક્શનમાં આવી ગઈ. એફઆઈઆર નોંધવામાં આવી હતી અને આરોપીની ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી હતી, &rdquo;મિશ્રાએ કહ્યું.</p>
<p>આ ઘટના વિશે સાંભળ્યા પછી, પૂર્વ સાંસદ મુખ્ય પ્રધાન કમલનાથે મીડિયાકર્મીઓને કહ્યું, &ldquo;આ માત્ર એક કેસ છે; રાજ્યભરમાં આવી જ અનેક ઘટનાઓ બની છે. કાયદો અને વ્યવસ્થાની સ્થિતિ સંપૂર્ણપણે પડી ભાંગી છે અને જનતા તેની સાક્ષી છે. રાજ્યના દરેક જિલ્લામાં લૂંટ, બળાત્કાર અને અન્ય ગુનાઓ પ્રચંડ છે.</p>
<p>મધ્ય પ્રદેશ કોંગ્રેસના પ્રમુખ જીતુ પટવારીએ X પર હુમલાનો વીડિયો શેર કર્યો હતો અને રાજ્યની કાયદો અને વ્યવસ્થાની સ્થિતિ પર સવાલ ઉઠાવ્યા હતા.</p>
<p>&ldquo;મહિલાઓ વ્યસ્ત શેરીઓમાં પણ સુરક્ષિત નથી અને એમપીમાં દિવસે દિવસે તેમના પર બળાત્કાર થઈ રહ્યો છે. આ ત્યારે જ શક્ય છે જ્યારે કાયદો અને વ્યવસ્થા સંપૂર્ણ રીતે સમાપ્ત થઈ જાય,&rdquo; પટવારીએ કહ્યું.</p>
<p>દરમિયાન, કર્ણાટકના બિદર જિલ્લામાં અનુસૂચિત જાતિ સમુદાયની 19 વર્ષની છોકરી સાથે બળાત્કાર અને હત્યામાં કથિત સંડોવણી બદલ ગુરુવારે ત્રણ લોકોની ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી હતી, એમ એક અધિકારીએ જણાવ્યું હતું.</p>
<p>બિદરના પોલીસ અધિક્ષક પ્રદીપ ગુંટીએ જણાવ્યું કે, અનુસૂચિત જાતિ અને અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિ (અત્યાચાર નિવારણ) અધિનિયમ હેઠળ બળાત્કાર અને હત્યાના આરોપો સાથે કેસ દાખલ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.</p>
<p>&ldquo;ત્રણ આરોપીઓમાંથી, એક એક જ ગામનો છે (યુવતીની જેમ). અન્ય બે પડોશી ગામના છે. ત્રણેયની ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી છે, અને તેમની સામે કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી પણ શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે, &rdquo;પોલીસ અધિકારીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, આ ઘટના બસવકલ્યાણ તાલુકામાં બની હતી.</p>
<p>પોલીસના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર બાળકી 29 ઓગસ્ટથી ગુમ હતી.</p>
<p>બાળકીના માતા-પિતાએ બે દિવસ સુધી તેને શોધવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો. 31 ઓગસ્ટે તેઓએ પોલીસમાં ફરિયાદ નોંધાવી હતી.</p>
<p>આખરે 01 સપ્ટેમ્બરે તેણીનો મૃતદેહ ઝાડીમાંથી મળી આવ્યો હતો.</p>
<p>તેના માથા પર ઊંડી ઈજાના નિશાન જોવા મળ્યા હતા.</p>
<p>મૃતદેહ મળી આવતા પોલીસે હત્યાનો ગુનો નોંધ્યો હતો.</p>
<p>પોસ્ટમોર્ટમ અને ફોરેન્સિક ટેસ્ટ બાદ કેસમાં બળાત્કારનો આરોપ ઉમેરવામાં આવ્યો હતો.</p>

<p>उज्जैन / बेंगलुरु : मध्य प्रदेश के उज्जैन में एक परेशान करने वाला वीडियो सामने आया है जिसमें एक महिला के साथ सड़क पर बलात्कार किया जा रहा है, जिससे राज्य में महिला सुरक्षा पर सवाल खड़े हो गए हैं।<br><br>एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और पीड़िता को थाने ले आई जहां उसके बयान के आधार पर शिकायत दर्ज की गई।<br><br>इसके बाद पुलिस ने तलाश की और आरोपी को गिरफ्तार करने का दावा किया.<br><br>पुलिस के मुताबिक, पीड़िता की मुलाकात आरोपियों से एक शराब की दुकान के पास हुई और उन्होंने साथ में शराब पी। जब वह नशे में हो गई तो आरोपी ने उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया।<br><br>मुख्य पुलिस अधीक्षक (सीएसपी) ओमप्रकाश मिश्रा ने बताया कि घटना बुधवार की है. &ldquo;वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर सामने आने के तुरंत बाद पुलिस टीम हरकत में आ गई। एक प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई और आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया, &rdquo;मिश्रा ने कहा।<br><br>घटना के बारे में सुनने के बाद, एमपी के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री कमल नाथ ने मीडियाकर्मियों से कहा, &ldquo;यह सिर्फ एक मामला है; राज्य भर में इसी तरह की कई घटनाएं घट चुकी हैं. कानून-व्यवस्था की स्थिति पूरी तरह ध्वस्त हो गयी है और जनता इसे देख रही है. राज्य के हर जिले में डकैती, बलात्कार और अन्य अपराध बड़े पैमाने पर हैं।<br><br>मध्य प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष जीतू पटवारी ने एक्स पर हमले का वीडियो साझा किया और राज्य में कानून व्यवस्था की स्थिति पर सवाल उठाया।<br><br>&ldquo;महिलाएं व्यस्त सड़कों पर भी सुरक्षित नहीं हैं और एमपी में आए दिन उनके साथ बलात्कार हो रहा है। यह तभी संभव है जब कानून-व्यवस्था पूरी तरह खत्म हो जाए।''<br><br>इस बीच, एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि कर्नाटक के बीदर जिले में 19 वर्षीय अनुसूचित जाति की लड़की के बलात्कार और हत्या में कथित संलिप्तता के लिए गुरुवार को तीन लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया।<br><br>बीदर के पुलिस अधीक्षक प्रदीप गुंती ने कहा कि अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति (अत्याचार निवारण) अधिनियम के तहत बलात्कार और हत्या के आरोप में मामला दर्ज किया गया है।<br><br>&ldquo;तीन आरोपियों में से एक (लड़की का) उसी गांव का है। अन्य दो पड़ोसी गांवों के हैं। तीनों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है, और उनके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई भी शुरू कर दी गई है, &rdquo;एक पुलिस अधिकारी ने कहा, यह घटना बसवकल्याण तालुक में हुई थी।<br><br>पुलिस के मुताबिक, लड़की 29 अगस्त से लापता थी.<br><br>लड़की के माता-पिता ने दो दिनों तक उसे ढूंढने की कोशिश की. 31 अगस्त को उन्होंने पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई.<br><br>अंततः 01 सितंबर को उसका शव झाड़ी में मिला.<br><br>उसके सिर पर गहरी चोट के निशान मिले हैं।<br><br>शव मिलने के बाद पुलिस ने हत्या का मामला दर्ज कर लिया.<br><br>पोस्टमॉर्टम और फोरेंसिक जांच के बाद मामले में रेप की धारा जोड़ी गई.</p>
