A self-proclaimed godman, Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati, also known as Parth Sarthy, has gone missing after facing serious allegations of sexual harassment and forgery in Delhi. 
The scandal centers around the Sri Sharda Institute of Indian Management in Vasant Kunj, where Saraswati served as director.
Seventeen of 32 female students pursuing PGDM courses under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) scholarship recorded statements with the police, accusing him of abusive language, obscene messages via WhatsApp and SMS, and inappropriate physical contact. 
Some students also alleged that certain faculty members and administrators pressured them to comply with his demands.
Following the revelations, the Sri Sri Jagadguru Shankaracharya Mahasamsthanam Dakshinamnaya Sri Sharada Peetham distanced itself from Saraswati, condemning his actions as &ldquo;illegal, inappropriate, and harmful&rdquo; to its reputation.
The investigation has since uncovered a Volvo luxury car bearing a forged diplomatic number plate (39 UN 1) in the institute&rsquo;s basement, allegedly linked to Saraswati. 
Police registered the first molestation complaint against him on August 4 at the Vasant Kunj North Police Station. 
A separate case of cheating and forgery was filed on August 25 after the car&rsquo;s discovery.
As part of the probe, police have examined CCTV footage, conducted raids, and sent seized material for forensic testing. 
Saraswati, however, remains absconding while the investigation continues.
