<div><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Despite the profit slump, Zomato's consolidated revenue from operations witnessed a robust 64% growth, reaching Rs 5,833 crore, up from Rs 3,562 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">The company also highlighted that its quick commerce arm Blinkit added 294 new stores in Q4 and is on track to reach 2,000 stores by December 2025.</span></div>

He pointed out that the fundamentals, such as the low penetration of restaurant food and increasing urbanization and per capita income in India, remain strong. He also expressed optimism regarding several new initiatives that could boost growth while maintaining profitability.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">From Q4 FY25, Zomato has begun reporting Net Order Value (NOV), in addition to Gross Order Value (GOV), for its B2C businesses, including food delivery, quick commerce, and going-out services. The company reported a 53% YoY growth in NOV, which stood at Rs 17,440 crore for Q4 FY25, a 5% QoQ increase.</span></div>
