Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday stated that Israel accepts &ldquo;full responsibility&rdquo; for the strike targeting a Hamas leader in Doha, Qatar, while clarifying that the final assessment of the operation is still underway.
Speaking at a joint press conference with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Netanyahu emphasized that Israel and the United States remain united in safeguarding their security interests. 
He described Rubio&rsquo;s visit as &ldquo;a clear message that America stands with Israel in the face of terror.&rdquo;
Rubio reiterated Washington&rsquo;s firm backing, pledging the US government&rsquo;s &ldquo;unwavering commitment&rdquo; to Israel&rsquo;s objectives in Gaza. 
He added that Hamas must be eliminated before Palestinians in Gaza can begin to work toward a more hopeful future.
