Political Cover at Home The Starmer government has been hit hard by domestic turbulence,&nbsp; the resignation of Deputy PM Angela Rayner over a tax scandal and the firing of Ambassador Peter Mandelson over Epstein links. Against that backdrop, hosting Trump with royal fanfare offers a chance to reset the narrative.
