In a combative address during a domestic rally focused on lowering costs for Americans, US President Donald Trump delivered sharp attacks on Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar and Somalian migrants, reiterating his recent criticism of migrant communities in Minnesota.
The rally, held in Mount Pocono on Tuesday, marked Trump&rsquo;s first such event in nearly a year as he prepares for a series of stops across the country ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. 
Over the past week, the president has repeatedly criticized Somalian migrants after reports suggested alleged links between some individuals and a fraud scandal in Minnesota.
During his 90-minute speech, Trump escalated his rhetoric against Omar, claiming, &ldquo;She married her brother to get in, so she&rsquo;s here illegally. Throw her the hell out.&rdquo; 
He continued, &ldquo;I love this Ilhan Omar, whatever the hell her name is. With her little turban. I love her. She comes in, does nothing but bi**h.&nbsp;She&rsquo;s always complaining. She comes from her country where, I mean it&rsquo;s considered to be the worst country in the world.&rdquo;
Trump also defended his administration&rsquo;s earlier decisions to restrict migration from certain nations, stating that he had stopped migration from &ldquo;hellholes like Afghanistan, Haiti, Somalia, and many other countries.&rdquo; 
The federal government has halted visa processing for Afghanistan following a fatal shooting involving a National Guard member in Washington, D.C.
Reiterating his stance on immigration, the president told supporters, &ldquo;If you don&rsquo;t share our values, contribute to our economy, and assimilate into our society, then we don&rsquo;t want you in our country.&rdquo;
The remarks drew loud cheers from attendees and further fueled national debate over immigration, assimilation, and political rhetoric ahead of the upcoming midterms.
