General Caine is an accomplished pilot, national security expert, successful entrepreneur, and a &lsquo;warfighter&rsquo; with significant interagency and special operations experience,&rdquo; Trump stated.
Caine, a decorated pilot and military strategist, played a key role in the U.S. campaign against ISIS during Trump&rsquo;s first term. The President claimed that Caine was previously overlooked for promotion by the Biden administration but assured that such oversights would no longer happen under his leadership.
