A terror attack at Ramot Junction, a key northern gateway to <a title="Israel" href="https://www.benefitnews24.com/international/israel-launches-airstrikes-on-yemen-s-capital-sana/18491" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jerusalem</a>, has left at least four dead and &nbsp;20 people injured, with six victims in critical condition, according to emergency officials.
The attack unfolded shortly after rush hour when two armed men boarded Bus 62 and began firing indiscriminately at passengers. Eyewitnesses described panic and chaos as commuters attempted to flee amid shattered glass and heavy gunfire.
Magen David Adom (MDA), Israel&rsquo;s paramedic service, confirmed that teams arrived within minutes. &ldquo;When we arrived, we saw people lying unconscious on the road and near the bus stop. There was a lot of destruction, shattered glass everywhere, and screams for help,&rdquo; paramedic Nadav Taib reported.
Both attackers were &ldquo;neutralised&rdquo; by police within moments of the shooting. Security forces immediately sealed off the area while medical teams from MDA and United Hatzalah administered first aid and evacuated victims to nearby hospitals.

The attack marks the&nbsp;latest in a series of assaults that have struck Israel in recent years. According to official figures, Israel has faced more than 40 significant terrorist incidents since 2022, many involving stabbings, vehicle rammings, and shootings targeting civilians in urban areas and transport hubs.
Israeli authorities have launched a full investigation into the attack. No group has yet claimed responsibility.
