Harvard University authorities have released images of two unidentified suspects involved in an early morning explosion at the Harvard Medical School campus. The blast occurred around 3 a.m. on the fourth floor of the Goldenson building, located within the university&rsquo;s Longwood Campus in Boston.
According to university officials, two individuals wearing face coverings were seen fleeing the scene moments after the detonation. A police officer attempted to intercept them, but they escaped. Surveillance footage captured the suspects running away, and Harvard Police are now seeking public assistance in identifying them.
The Boston Fire Department confirmed that the explosion was intentional. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. Fire officials conducted a thorough search of the building but found no additional explosive devices.
The investigation remains ongoing as authorities work to determine the motive behind the incident and identify those responsible.
