Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh on November 30 urged National Defence Academy (NDA) cadets to carry forward the knowledge and bonds forged during their training to service academies, stressing the importance of these connections in future military operations.
Speaking as the reviewing officer at the 147th course at the tri-service training institute, Singh emphasized that the extensive training received at the NDA must be utilized in planning and executing operations. &ldquo;I am confident you will embrace the spirit of jointness as proudly as you will wear your service uniforms,&rdquo;&nbsp;he said.
As many as 1,265 cadets participated in the parade, including 357 from the passing out course.
Singh highlighted the crucial role of NDA cadets in future conflicts, stressing their responsibility to safeguard the nation&rsquo;s territorial integrity. Singh affirmed that the high-quality training at the NDA and other service academies would provide the cadets with the skills and confidence needed to overcome challenges.
Calling the NDA &ldquo;the cradle of leadership&rdquo;, Singh noted its reputation as one of the finest military academies in the world.&nbsp;
