<div><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">The accused, identified as Tejas, is a resident of Surendranagar district in Gujarat. According to police officials, he appeared to be mentally unstable and approached Seema Haider's home around 7 p.m.</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">&ldquo;He traveled from Gujarat with a general train ticket to New Delhi and then took a bus to reach the village,&rdquo; said Sujeet Upadhyay, in-charge of Rabupura Kotwali police station. &ldquo;He had screenshots of Seema on his mobile phone, suggesting he had been following her.&rdquo;</span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">During initial questioning, Tejas told police that he believed Seema Haider had cast black magic on him. Authorities are continuing their investigation to determine his motives and mental health status.</span></div>

In May 2023, she entered India via Nepal along with her four children. She gained widespread media attention in July 2023 when Indian authorities found her living in Greater Noida with Sachin Meena, 27, whom she claims to have married.</span></div>
