She alleged that work pressure and little recognition led her child to death.

Taking cognizence of letter viral on social media and BJP leaders raising the issue on social media, Union Minister of State for Labour, Shobha Karandlaje, through a tweet has assured, &ldquo;a thorough investigation into the allegations of an unsafe and exploitative work environment was underway.&rdquo;

Anna Sebastin was found dead at his house in Pune on July 20th 2024. In a painful letter Anita has sited few examples of bad working culture of the company, &ldquo;Her assistant manager called her back to office in night and asking her complete the assigned work by morning.&rdquo; When she raised voice against night duties, she was silenced by seniors conveying, &ldquo;you have to work in night, we all do.&rdquo;&nbsp; She used to return home exhausted.

Mother in her letter has request to the company to bring change in the work culture, her concern is &ldquo;work culture is glorified at the cost of neglecting the very human behind the role.&rdquo;

After the letter goes viral on social media, Ernst and Yong India in an official statement has claimed, it is deeply saddened with the death Anna and was taking family&rsquo;s correspondence with utmost seriously and humility.&rdquo;
