The US Open 2025 mixed doubles draw has been revealed, and it promises a series of blockbuster clashes right from the opening round at Flushing Meadows.
Top seeds Jack Draper and Jessica Pegula face one of the toughest opening tests, drawn against former US Open singles champions Carlos Alcaraz and Emma Raducanu. The winners could then meet Novak Djokovic and Olga Danilovic, who open against Daniil Medvedev and Mirra Andreeva.
The second seeds, Taylor Fritz and Elena Rybakina, begin their campaign against defending champions Sara Errani and Andrea Vavassori, while third seeds Casper Ruud and Iga Swiatek clash with Madison Keys and Frances Tiafoe. Fourth seeds Amanda Anisimova and Holger Rune face Ben Shelton and Taylor Townsend.
World No. 1 and men&rsquo;s singles champion Jannik Sinner, who was re-paired with doubles specialist Katerina Siniakova after Emma Navarro&rsquo;s withdrawal, received a wild-card entry. Another reshuffled pair, Lorenzo Musetti and Caty McNally, also entered via wild card after Jasmine Paolini&rsquo;s withdrawal.
Other direct entries include Andrey Rublev and Karolina Muchova, while marquee wild cards went to Naomi Osaka and Gael Monfils.
The revamped mixed doubles event offers a $1 million prize purse and will feature a fast-paced format. Early rounds will be played as best-of-three short sets to four games, with no-ad scoring and 10-point match tiebreaks replacing third sets. The final, set for Arthur Ashe Stadium, will be played in a best-of-three to six games, also with no-ad scoring.
The action begins Tuesday and Wednesday across Arthur Ashe and Louis Armstrong Stadiums, with fans set for one of the most star-studded mixed doubles events in Grand Slam history.
