In a decisive move to strengthen law and order, State Police Chief Vikas Sahay&nbsp;has ordered the preparation of a comprehensive list of anti-social elements&nbsp;across the state within the next 100 hours. The directive was issued during an urgent video conference&nbsp;with Police Commissioners, Range Chiefs, and Superintendents of Police.
The list will include individuals involved in:
&middot;&nbsp;Repeated physical crimes
&middot;&nbsp;Extortion and intimidation
&middot;&nbsp;Property-related offenses
&middot;&nbsp;Illegal liquor trade and gambling
&middot;&nbsp;Mineral theft
&middot;&nbsp;Activities causing fear among the public
Strict Legal Action Planned
Once the list is compiled, police will take strict action&nbsp;in coordination with local authorities. This includes:
&middot;&nbsp;Demolishing illegal constructions&nbsp;linked to these individuals.
&middot;&nbsp;Investigating financial transactions&nbsp;for any unlawful activities.
&middot;&nbsp;Cracking down on illegal electricity connections.
&middot;&nbsp;Revoking bail&nbsp;if offenders continue criminal activities.
&middot;&nbsp;Invoking legal provisions such as PASA and Tadipar&nbsp;to restrict their movement.
The move comes under the direction of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel&nbsp;and the guidance of Minister of State for Home Affairs Harsh Sanghavi, with an aim to bring complete control over criminal activities&nbsp;in the state.
Police officials across districts have been instructed to personally oversee&nbsp;the implementation of this order and ensure immediate action against those identified.
