The decision follows a crucial meeting in New Delhi between Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, and newly appointed state BJP president Jagdish Vishwakarma.
Senior party leaders, including Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP national president JP Nadda, are expected to attend, underscoring the political weight of the move.
Sources suggest the new cabinet will reflect a strategic mix of experience and youth, focusing on regional and community balance across Saurashtra, North and South Gujarat, with increased representation for Leuva Patidar, OBC, Koli, and SC-ST groups.
While key ministers like Rushikesh Patel, Harsh Sanghavi, Kunvarji Bavaliya, and Balvantsinh Rajput are likely to retain their portfolios, others, such as Kanu Desai, Raghavji Patel, and Mulubhai Bera, may be replaced. New faces expected to join include Jayesh Radadiya, Alpesh Thakor, Mahesh Kaswala, Jitu Vaghani, and Rivaba Jadeja.
