In the credit line, the customer gets a loan up to a fixed limit and has to pay interest only on the amount spent. In this new facility of UPI, you can shop directly from your bank account without any money being deducted.

This facility will work like a credit card. Its payment has to be made at a fixed time. Currently, this credit can be used only for shopping at shops. When a customer uses this facility, the shopkeeper will have to pay the fee charged on this service. You will not have to pay any extra fee for this new facility. This is a new feature of UPI, to use which you do not need to use any new system or new process.

ક્રેડિટ લાઇનમાં ગ્રાહકને એક નિશ્ચિત મર્યાદા સુધીની લોન મળે છે અને તેણે ખર્ચેલી રકમ પર જ વ્યાજ ચૂકવવું પડે છે. UPIની આ નવી સુવિધામાં, તમે કોઈપણ પૈસા કાપ્યા વિના સીધા તમારા બેંક ખાતામાંથી ખરીદી કરી શકો છો. ગ્રાહકોએ કોઈ વધારાની ફી ચૂકવવાની રહેશે નહીં. આ સુવિધા ક્રેડિટ કાર્ડની જેમ કામ કરશે. તેની ચુકવણી નિશ્ચિત સમયે કરવાની હોય છે. હાલમાં, આ ક્રેડિટનો ઉપયોગ માત્ર દુકાનોમાં ખરીદી માટે જ થઈ શકે છે. જ્યારે ગ્રાહક આ સુવિધાનો ઉપયોગ કરે છે, ત્યારે દુકાનદારે આ સેવા પર લેવામાં આવતી ફી ચૂકવવાની રહેશે. આ નવી સુવિધા માટે તમારે કોઈ વધારાની ફી ચૂકવવાની રહેશે નહીં.
આ UPI નું નવું ફીચર છે, જેનો ઉપયોગ કરવા માટે તમારે કોઈ નવી સિસ્ટમ કે નવી પ્રક્રિયાનો ઉપયોગ કરવાની જરૂર નથી. UPI, બેંક ખાતામાંથી ચૂકવણી કરવાની સૌથી સરળ રીત, આઠ વર્ષ પહેલા શરૂ કરવામાં આવી હતી. હવે તે એટલું લોકપ્રિય બની ગયું છે કે દુકાનો પર સીધા બેંક ખાતામાંથી ચૂકવણી કરવાનો સૌથી સરળ રસ્તો બની ગયો છે. આમાં પેમેન્ટ કરવા માટે ડેબિટ કાર્ડની જરૂર નથી. UPI પર પણ ક્રેડિટનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકાય છે, જે લગભગ ક્રેડિટ કાર્ડની જેમ કામ કરે છે.
દુકાનદારોને પણ UPI નો ઉપયોગ કરવાથી વધુ ફાયદો થાય છે કારણ કે તેમને ક્રેડિટ કાર્ડનો ઉપયોગ કરવા પર લાગતા ચાર્જ કરતા ઓછા ચાર્જ ચૂકવવા પડે છે. આ જ કારણ છે કે મોટી સંખ્યામાં લોકો UPIનો ઉપયોગ કરવાનું પસંદ કરે છે. મોટાભાગના લોકો ખરીદી માટે રોકડનો ઉપયોગ કરી રહ્યા છે. એક રિપોર્ટ અનુસાર, લગભગ 53% લોકો ઓનલાઈન શોપિંગ માટે UPI નો ઉપયોગ કરવાનું પસંદ કરે છે. આ સિવાય 30% લોકો ઓનલાઈન પેમેન્ટ માટે ડિજિટલ વોલેટ અથવા કાર્ડ (ક્રેડિટ અથવા ડેબિટ) નો ઉપયોગ કરે છે.

UPI Credit Line: अगर आप भी UPI का इस्तेमाल करते हैं तो यह खबर आपके काम की है। पहली बार UPI यूजर्स को ऐसी सुविधा का लाभ मिलने जा रहा है, जो आपके लिए बिल्कुल नया अनुभव होगा। अब आप भी UPI के जरिए दिल खोलकर खर्च कर सकेंगे, चाहे आपकी जेब में पैसे हों या नहीं। जी हां, नेशनल पेमेंट्स कॉरपोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया (NPCI) देश में UPI के जरिए नई व्यवस्था ला रहा है, यह तरीका बिल्कुल क्रेडिट कार्ड की तरह काम करेगा। पूरी व्यवस्था Buy Now, Pay Later पर आधारित होगी।
टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया (TOI) में छपी खबर के मुताबिक, भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (RBI) ने बैंकों को UPI के जरिए ग्राहकों को क्रेडिट लाइन देने की इजाजत दे दी है। एक्सिस बैंक, HDFC बैंक, ICICI बैंक, इंडियन बैंक और PNB समेत कई बैंक यह नई सुविधा दे रहे हैं। क्रेडिट लाइन में ग्राहक को एक तय सीमा तक लोन मिलता है और उसे खर्च की गई रकम पर ही ब्याज देना होता है। UPI की इस नई सुविधा में आप बिना पैसे कटे सीधे अपने बैंक अकाउंट से शॉपिंग कर सकते हैं। ग्राहकों को कोई अतिरिक्त शुल्क नहीं देना होगा।
यह सुविधा क्रेडिट कार्ड की तरह काम करेगी। इसका भुगतान एक तय समय पर करना होगा। फिलहाल इस क्रेडिट का इस्तेमाल सिर्फ दुकानों पर खरीदारी के लिए किया जा सकेगा। जब कोई ग्राहक इस सुविधा का इस्तेमाल करेगा तो दुकानदार को इस सेवा पर लगने वाला शुल्क देना होगा। इस नई सुविधा के लिए आपको कोई अतिरिक्त शुल्क नहीं देना होगा। यह यूपीआई की एक नई सुविधा है, जिसका इस्तेमाल करने के लिए आपको किसी नए सिस्टम या नई प्रक्रिया का इस्तेमाल करने की जरूरत नहीं है। बैंक खाते से भुगतान करने का सबसे आसान तरीका यूपीआई की शुरुआत आठ साल पहले हुई थी। अब यह इतना लोकप्रिय हो गया है कि दुकानों पर सीधे बैंक खाते से भुगतान करने का यह सबसे आसान तरीका बन गया है।
इसमें भुगतान करने के लिए डेबिट कार्ड की जरूरत नहीं है। यूपीआई पर क्रेडिट का भी इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है, जो लगभग क्रेडिट कार्ड की तरह ही काम करता है। यूपीआई के इस्तेमाल से दुकानदारों को भी ज्यादा फायदा होता है इसके अलावा 30 फीसदी लोग ऑनलाइन पेमेंट के लिए डिजिटल वॉलेट या कार्ड (क्रेडिट या डेबिट) का इस्तेमाल करते हैं। वहीं करीब 75 फीसदी लोग अभी भी दुकान पर सामान खरीदते समय कैश का इस्तेमाल करते हैं। हालांकि, 25 फीसदी लोग दुकान पर यूपीआई से पेमेंट करना पसंद करते हैं और 20 फीसदी लोग डिजिटल वॉलेट या कार्ड का इस्तेमाल करते हैं।
