Ahmedabad witnessed an inspiring exchange of ideas on 12 August 2025, as the Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) hosted the Climate Catalyst Summit 2025, &nbsp;a platform that brought together some of the brightest young minds to address the pressing challenge of climate change.
Students from diverse academic backgrounds, ranging from engineering to zoology, showcased innovative projects offering tangible solutions to environmental issues. Their concepts spanned renewable energy models, waste reduction mechanisms, and biodiversity preservation strategies, winning praise from both the audience and the jury.
The summit also featured an insightful expert panel, including Dr. Madhuri Parikh , environmental law specialist and professor at Nirma University, Shri D. M. Thakar, member secretary of GPCB and Mr. Nirav Patel, represeentative of Aditya Birla Group.&nbsp;The panel discussed current environmental challenges, government programmes to combat them, and the critical gaps in implementation, public awareness, and policy enforcement.
