<p>The deceased, identified as Revathi, was a resident of Dilsukh Nagar. She had attended the event with her husband Bhaskar and their two children, nine-year-old Sri Tej and seven-year-old Sanvika, to watch the premiere at the iconic Sandhya 70mm Theatre on RTC Cross Roads.</p>
<p>The trouble began around 10:30 pm when Allu Arjun made a surprise appearance at the venue, accompanied by heavy security. Excited fans surged forward in an attempt to catch a glimpse of the actor, overwhelming police efforts to manage the crowd. In the chaos, Revathi and her son Sri Tej were caught in the crush and lost consciousness.</p>
<p>Police swiftly transported the injured to Durga Bhai Deshmukh Hospital in Vidyanagar. Tragically, Revathi was declared dead on arrival. Her son, who sustained critical injuries, was transferred to KIMS Hospital in Begumpet for advanced medical care.</p>
<p>Revathi's body was later moved to Gandhi Mortuary for post-mortem procedures. Meanwhile, her husband and daughter escaped the incident without major injuries.</p>
<p>After the screening, Allu Arjun briefly interacted with fans. Under tight police protection, he addressed the crowd from his car's roof, urging them to maintain order and clear the way for vehicles to pass. However, his presence had already triggered a frenzy that police and organisers were ill-equipped to handle.</p>
<p>The tragic incident has cast a shadow over the high-profile film's release, raising questions about crowd management and event security at high-stakes premieres. As fans continue to mourn the loss of life, authorities are expected to review protocols for future events of this scale.</p>
