On September 26, four babies, including a set of twins, were dressed in tiny showgirl costumes, custom friendship bracelets, and Travis Kelce Kansas City Chiefs jerseys. Parents were invited to participate in the themed photo shoot, marking both the album launch and special milestones for the babies.
The themed outfits and friendship bracelets were specially created by hospital staff, with the goal of giving families a joyful distraction during a challenging NICU experience. The celebration also included treats inspired by Taylor Swift, adding to the lighthearted atmosphere. Several parents of the NICU babies are fans of Swift, connecting the hospital event with the broader Swiftie community.
