Rishab Shetty&rsquo;s Kantara Chapter 1 continues its phenomenal run at the global box office.&nbsp;
The Kannada period action drama has now surpassed the lifetime earnings of SS Rajamouli&rsquo;s Baahubali: The Beginning, marking another historic milestone. 
With total earnings approaching the ₹700-crore mark worldwide, the film remains a powerhouse despite experiencing a notable dip on its second Monday.
On its 12th day in theatres, Kantara Chapter 1 finally witnessed a significant decline in numbers after an impressive run. 
The film earned ₹13.50 crore net in India, a 64% drop from its Sunday collection of ₹39.75 crore. 
However, its strong second weekend helped the movie push past ₹450 crore in domestic net collections, bringing its India total to ₹451.90
