Ahmedabad witnessed Bollywood glamour on Wednesday as the star cast of Karan Johar&rsquo;s upcoming film Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari arrived in the city for a grand promotional event. Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, and Maniesh Paul were greeted by an ecstatic crowd and even joined in the festive mood by playing Garba, winning over Gujarati hearts instantly.
The film, directed by Shashank Khaitan, is slated for release on October 2, 2025, and promises to be a complete family entertainer with its mix of romance, comedy, confusion, and emotions.
A Tale of love, loss and Second Chances 
At the core of the story lies Varun Dhawan&rsquo;s character, deeply in love with Sanya Malhotra. But destiny has other plans as she is set to marry Rohit Saraf, who also happens to be the ex-boyfriend of Janhvi Kapoor&rsquo;s character. Heartbreak brings Varun and Janhvi together, and in an unexpected twist, they decide to reinvent themselves and pretend to be in a relationship setting off a rollercoaster of laughter, drama, and romance.

Adding to the buzz is its soundtrack. The recreated track Bijuriya by Tanishk Bagchi, inspired by Sonu Nigam&rsquo;s classic, and the fresh romantic number Tu Hai Meri have already become audience favorites, trending across music platforms.
