Ranveer Singh&rsquo;s latest spy thriller Dhurandhar continued its strong box office run on Saturday, registering a 15% growth in collections after a solid opening day. 
Positive word of mouth helped the film gain momentum across major markets, pushing its domestic net total to ₹58 crore within two days.
The film earned ₹27 crore net on Friday, surpassing industry expectations. 
Its upward trend continued on Saturday, with morning occupancy rising to 18% from 15% the previous day, while afternoon occupancy increased from 28% to 35%. 
The improved turnout enabled Dhurandhar to collect ₹31 crore net on day two, according to early estimates.
Backed by favourable audience response despite mixed critical reviews, the film is now positioned for a strong opening weekend and may cross ₹90 crore net if the current trend holds.
The action drama has also surpassed the lifetime domestic collection of Ranveer Singh&rsquo;s 2022 film Cirkus, which recorded ₹35.80 crore net. 
With its impressive two-day haul, Dhurandhar has set a new benchmark for the actor&rsquo;s opening performance, outpacing titles such as&nbsp;Simmba and Padmaavat.
Set in Pakistan in the early 2000s, Dhurandhar follows an Indian spy who infiltrates Lyari gangs. 
Directed by Aditya Dhar and inspired by true incidents, the film features an ensemble cast including Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, and R. Madhavan, alongside Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi.
