British rock band Coldplay gave Amdavadis a night to remember on Saturday at their&nbsp;Music Of The Spheres World Tour concert in the city. Spectacular lighting, sound, LED displays, and special effects lit up <a href="https://x.com/coldplayaccess/status/1883237311137382594">Narendra Modi Stadium</a> as over 1,00,000 fans danced and sang along to the band&rsquo;s hits.&nbsp;
Opening for the band were Jasleen Royal, Shone and Elyanna, who set the stage on fire, performing<a href="https://x.com/imravikumar_/status/1883417024178933830"> Coldplay</a>&rsquo;s latest album Love and Trap along with their classic hits.
Music lovers from across India and overseas began arriving at the stadium by 3 pm to secure their spots for the concert. By 6.30 pm, the stadium was packed, with no space left on the ground.
The musical performances featured <a href="https://x.com/coldplayaccess/status/1883237311137382594">amazing lighting and effects</a>, alongside a <a href="https://x.com/TownyMarwadi/status/1883264154242597276">stunning LED display</a>. Coldplay also launched a special T-shirt inspired by Ahmedabad&rsquo;s heritage at their biggest-ever show.&nbsp;
After <a href="https://x.com/search?q=%23ColdplayAhmedabad&amp;src=typeahead_click">Shone&rsquo;s performance</a>, Elyanna took the stage, greeting the crowd with &ldquo;Kem Cho Ahmedabad?&rdquo; She captivated the audience with her powerful voice and dance moves, starting with Arabic renditions of Kaho Na Kaho and Deewani Mastani.
Each fan at the stadium was given 3D mapping glasses and Bluetooth-controlled LED wristbands, adding a magical atmosphere with synchronized lighting all around the venue.
When Coldplay frontman Chris Martin took the stage, the excitement hit its peak. At 7.30 pm, Coldplay&rsquo;s team arrived, and the stadium erupted with chants of &ldquo;Coldplay! Coldplay!&rdquo;&nbsp;
Martin did not disappoint and greeted fans in&nbsp;Hindi saying, &ldquo;Aapka bahut swagat hai, aapko dekh ke khushi hui, Ahmedabad is the best city!&rdquo; The crowd responded with loud cheers.
Coldplay&rsquo;s first song of the night, Music for the Spheres, had fans grooving to the rhythm of guitars and drums. The band performed one <a href="https://x.com/coldplaying/status/1883230663434023409">popular song</a> after another, with the audience standing and dancing along.&nbsp;
Martin even <a href="https://x.com/TilakS710/status/1883387928464052429">interacted with the crowd in Gujarati</a>, asking, &ldquo;Kem cho, tame badha majaa ma cho?&rdquo; and the entire stadium responded with a resounding &ldquo;Majaa ma!&rdquo;
The band gave their fans an <a href="https://x.com/thetanmay_/status/1883487041499058221">unforgettable experience</a>, filled with <a href="https://x.com/coldplaytour_/status/1883438518279753950">incredible music </a>and heart-pounding performances. They will return to rock at the same venue tonight and to commemorate India&rsquo;s Republic Day, the concert will be live streamed on Disney + Hotstar from 7.45 pm onwards.&nbsp;
