Telugu superstar Allu Arjun, who is receiving a lot of positive response for his recently released blockbuster Pushpa 2: The Rule, has urged his fans to exercise caution while using social media and even in real life. 
On Sunday, the actor, who has been mired in controversies of late, penned a note requesting his fans to maintain decorum.
He wrote, &ldquo;I appeal to all my fans to express their feelings responsibly, as always and not resort to any kind of abusive language or behaviour both online and offline. Misrepresentation as my fans with fake IDs and fake profiles, if someone indulges in abusive posts, strong action will be taken against them. I request the fans to not engage with such posts&rdquo;.
The past few days have been extremely testing for the actor as he was arrested in Hyderabad after a stampede at a local theatre.
Responding to allegations blaming him for the stampede at Sandhya Theatre during the premiere of his movie Pushpa 2: The Rule, Telugu superstar Allu Arjun termed them &lsquo;humiliating&rsquo;. 
Speaking at a press conference on Saturday evening, the Pushpa actor had called the incident &ldquo;very unfortunate&rdquo;. A 35-year-old woman died during the stampede and her 8-year-old son is in critical condition. 
&ldquo;It is a very unfortunate incident. It is completely an accident. My condolences to the family. I am taking updates about the condition of the child every hour. His condition is improving, it is very good. There is a lot of misinformation, false allegations are being made. I don't want to blame any department or politician. My character is being assassinated,&rdquo; Arjun told the media.
I am getting hourly updates about the kid, I am updated about what&rsquo;s happening to Sri Tej. The good thing is, he&rsquo;s moving, he&rsquo;s progressing, he&rsquo;s good,&rdquo; Arjun added.
Responding to allegations made by some politicians, Arjun said, &ldquo;I am not blaming anyone. There is a lot of misinformation and false allegations due to miscommunication. I don't want to blame any department, or any political leader or the government. I just want to address that there is a lot of misinformation about what I did that day.&rdquo;
&ldquo;It&rsquo;s humiliating and character assassination. You have been seeing me for the past 20 years&mdash;can I ever speak or behave like that? There is a lot of wrong information and character assassination. I did a cinema, it was a huge success, but for the past 15 days, I have been sitting here all alone without attending functions or events. I worked hard for a movie for three years, but I haven&rsquo;t watched the movie in the theatre. Watching a movie is a learning curve for me. But sitting alone for the past 15 days, consoling myself that I don&rsquo;t have direct involvement in what happened. I extremely sorry and apologize for what happened,&rdquo; the actor said.
Allu Arjun was arrested from his house in Hyderabad, and was taken in for questioning by the cops. The Pushpa 2: The Rule actor also expressed his discontent at the cops who entered his bedroom, and reportedly told them that it was wrong on their part to enter his private space.
He was arrested in connection to a fan death at Sandhya Theatre during the premiere of his latest film, Pushpa 2: The Rule. The actor is the fourth person to be arrested in the case.
On December 4, during the premiere of his film, the actor visited Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad to watch the film with fans. The crowd surge there resulted in a stampede, with a fan named Revathi and her young son asphyxiated in the crowd. She lost her life, and her son has been hospitalized in critical condition. 
The cops arrested the owner and two employees of Sandhya Theatre based on a complaint filed by her family.
