Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday issued a strong warning to Pakistan, declaring that every inch of the neighbouring country lies within the range of India&rsquo;s BrahMos missiles.&nbsp;
He made the remark while lauding Operation Sindoor, calling it &ldquo;just a trailer.&rdquo;
Speaking at the BrahMos Aerospace facility in Lucknow, where he and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath flagged off the first batch of indigenously produced BrahMos missiles, Singh said,
&ldquo;BrahMos proved its effectiveness for India&rsquo;s security during Operation Sindoor. For us, winning is not just an event, it has become a habit. What happened in Operation Sindoor was only a trailer, but even that made Pakistan realise that if India could give birth to Pakistan, I don&rsquo;t need to say what else it can do.&rdquo;
The Defence Minister described&nbsp;BrahMos as a crucial pillar of the Indian Armed Forces, saying it had strengthened the nation&rsquo;s confidence that &ldquo;dreams can indeed be turned into reality.&rdquo;
According to an official statement, BrahMos Aerospace has successfully produced the first batch of the missile system from its new integration and test facility in Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow.&nbsp;
The modern facility, inaugurated on May 11, is equipped with cutting-edge infrastructure for missile integration, testing, and quality checks. 
Once tested, the missiles are handed over to the Indian Armed Forces for deployment.
Rajnath Singh announced that nearly 100 BrahMos missiles will be produced annually from the Lucknow facility for all three services &mdash; the Army, Navy, and Air Force. 
Built on approximately 200 acres at a cost of ₹380 crore, the unit will also generate employment for hundreds of people.
Taking a subtle swipe at global suppliers, the minister said,
&ldquo;We&rsquo;ve seen reports of countries disrupting spare part supplies as a form of weaponisation of the supply chain. But India is overcoming this challenge.&rdquo;
The remarks were seen as a veiled reference to the US delaying engine supplies for the Tejas aircraft.
The BrahMos missile is a two-stage weapon with a solid propellant booster and a liquid-fuelled ramjet engine. 
Its stealth technology, precision guidance system, and advanced embedded software make it one of the most formidable missiles in the world. 
With a range of up to 290 km and supersonic speed throughout the flight, it ensures shorter flight times, minimal target dispersion, faster engagement, and immunity from interception by known defence systems.
BrahMos played a critical role in Operation Sindoor, India&rsquo;s military response to the massacre of 26 people, including a local ponyman, in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, by Pakistan-backed terrorists. 
India&rsquo;s retaliatory strikes targeted terror camps and military sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).&nbsp;
Pakistan responded with drone attacks, which were intercepted and destroyed by Indian forces.&nbsp;
The two nations engaged in a four-day conflict before agreeing to a ceasefire.
Through his remarks, Rajnath Singh underscored India&rsquo;s growing defence capabilities and sent a clear message that BrahMos remains central to India&rsquo;s strategic deterrence.
