Ahmedabad: Adani Group has been included in the prestigious list of the world's best companies for the year 2024 by Time. The list has been compiled in collaboration with Statista, a leading global industry ranking and statistics portal. This recognition highlights the Group's commitment to employee satisfaction, revenue growth. The Adani Group said in a statement that it "reaffirms the group's hard work and continuous efforts to push new boundaries and deliver excellence in all businesses." The World's Best Companies 2024 list is based on an in-depth analysis on three key parameters: The survey, conducted in more than 50 countries with approximately 1,70,000 participants, evaluated companies based on direct and indirect recommendations, working conditions, pay, equality and overall company image. Companies with revenues of more than $100 million in 2023 and showing sustained growth from 2021 to 2023 were included in the evaluation. Among the top 15 Indian companies to be listed, HCLTech is the highest ranked company at 112, followed by Infosys and Wipro at 119 and 134 respectively. Adani Group is ranked 736th in Time magazine's list, while Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries is ranked 646th. This sought to assess the environmental, social and governance sustainability of companies. Companies were evaluated based on standardized ESG KPIs and targeted research from Statista's ESG database. Eight of the 11 stock exchange-listed companies in the Adani portfolio were considered in the assessment, reflecting the best performance of the entire group, the company said. Three other listed companies are subsidiaries of these eight companies. These include Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone, Adani Green Energy, Adani Energy Solutions, Adani Total Gas, Ambuja Cements, Adani Power and Adani Wilmar. Adani Group is the largest and fastest growing diversified business group in the country. Its portfolio includes energy and utilities, transportation and logistics, natural resources and consumer products sectors. In the first quarter of this fiscal, the group's net profit increased by 50.1 percent to Rs. 10,279 crore, while EBITDA increased by 32.9 percent over the first quarter last year to Rs. 22,570 crore has been reached. --IANS

આનાથી કંપનીઓની પર્યાવરણીય, સામાજિક અને ગવર્નન્સ ટકાઉપણુંનું મૂલ્યાંકન કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. સ્ટેટિસ્ટાના ESG ડેટાબેઝમાંથી પ્રમાણિત ESG KPIs અને લક્ષિત સંશોધનના આધારે કંપનીઓનું મૂલ્યાંકન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. કંપનીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે આ આકારણીમાં અદાણી પોર્ટફોલિયોની 11 સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જ લિસ્ટેડ કંપનીઓમાંથી આઠને ધ્યાનમાં લેવામાં આવી છે, જે સમગ્ર જૂથની શ્રેષ્ઠ કામગીરી દર્શાવે છે.&nbsp;
