Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel attended the ninth meeting of the Governing Council of Niti Aayog held in New Delhi under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Chief Minister said that the state government has prepared the Gujarat@2047 dynamic document-roadmap with the goal mantra of a developed Gujarat for a developed India.
With a roadmap based on two main pillars of 'Earning Well' and 'Living Well', the state government wants to move ahead with the goals of improving the lives of the people and making their prosperity a part of the economy.
The Chief Minister announced the setting up of Gujarat State Institution for Transformation (GRIT) as a think tank to achieve these goals in a well-planned and orderly manner.
He said that Gujarat, with a population of five percent of the country's population, has contributed 8.3 percent to the GDP in the year 2022-23. While in the country's economy, Gujarat is moving ahead with the name of becoming a 3.5 trillion US dollar economy by 2047. In the meeting, the Chief Minister gave an overview of the achievements of the state government and the plans being taken for the future vision.&nbsp;
In the Vibrant Summit held in January-2024, Gujarat has taken a big step towards self-reliance in the semiconductor sector, which will benefit the entire country and the world. Not only this, the country's first semiconductor chip will be manufactured in Gujarat.
He added that the state government has focused efforts to train the young generation through the scheme in areas like semiconductors, blockchain and AI etc. to boost the skill ecosystem required for a developed India 2047.
The Chief Minister added that Gujarat is moving at a fast pace to realize the idea of ​​green growth given by the Prime Minister through the widespread implementation of Solar Rooftop Scheme and the world's largest hybrid renewable energy park under construction in Kutch. The state government has given equal importance to both agriculture and non-agriculture sectors.&nbsp;
Natural farm products have adapted to global export demand. He also gave details that more than 43 lakh farmers have been trained in organic farming in the state out of which 9 lakh farmers are practicing organic farming in more than 7 lakh acres of land.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में नई दिल्ली में आयोजित नीति आयोग की गवर्निंग काउंसिल की नौवीं बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री भूपेन्द्र पटेल शामिल हुए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने विकसित भारत के लिए विकसित गुजरात के लक्ष्य मंत्र के साथ गुजरात@2047 गतिशील दस्तावेज़-रोडमैप तैयार किया है।
राज्य सरकार दो मुख्य स्तंभों 'अर्निंग वेल' और 'लिविंग वेल' पर आधारित रोडमैप के साथ लोगों के जीवन को बेहतर बनाने और उनकी समृद्धि को अर्थव्यवस्था का हिस्सा बनाने के लक्ष्य के साथ आगे बढ़ना चाहती है। मुख्यमंत्री ने इन लक्ष्यों को सुनियोजित और व्यवस्थित तरीके से प्राप्त करने के लिए एक थिंक टैंक के रूप में गुजरात स्टेट इंस्टीट्यूशन फॉर ट्रांसफॉर्मेशन (जीआरआईटी) की स्थापना की घोषणा की।
उन्होंने कहा कि देश की पांच फीसदी आबादी वाले गुजरात ने साल 2022-23 में जीडीपी में 8.3 फीसदी का योगदान दिया है. वहीं देश की अर्थव्यवस्था में गुजरात 2047 तक 3.5 ट्रिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर की अर्थव्यवस्था बनने का लक्ष्य लेकर आगे बढ़ रहा है।
बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य सरकार की उपलब्धियों और भविष्य की दृष्टि से की जा रही योजनाओं की जानकारी दी. जनवरी-2024 में आयोजित वाइब्रेंट समिट में गुजरात ने सेमीकंडक्टर क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम उठाया है, जिसका फायदा पूरे देश और दुनिया को होगा। इतना ही नहीं, देश की पहली सेमीकंडक्टर चिप का निर्माण गुजरात में किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने विकसित भारत@2047 के लिए आवश्यक कौशल पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सेमीकंडक्टर, ब्लॉकचेन और एआई आदि क्षेत्रों में योजना के माध्यम से युवा पीढ़ी को प्रशिक्षित करने के प्रयासों पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि गुजरात सोलर रूफटॉप योजना के व्यापक कार्यान्वयन और कच्छ में निर्माणाधीन दुनिया के सबसे बड़े हाइब्रिड नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा पार्क के माध्यम से प्रधान मंत्री द्वारा दिए गए हरित विकास के विचार को साकार करने के लिए तेज गति से आगे बढ़ रहा है।
राज्य सरकार ने कृषि एवं गैर-कृषि दोनों क्षेत्रों को समान महत्व दिया है। प्राकृतिक कृषि उत्पाद वैश्विक निर्यात मांग के अनुकूल हो गए हैं। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि राज्य में 43 लाख से अधिक किसानों को जैविक खेती का प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है, जिनमें से 9 लाख किसान 7 लाख एकड़ से अधिक भूमि पर जैविक खेती कर रहे हैं।
