<span lang="GU" style="font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-bidi-language: GU;">ગુજરાતમાં હાલ વરસાદના કારણે રસ્તા ઉપર ખાડા પડી જતાં વાહનચાલકોની હાલત કફોડી બની છે. સામાન્ય નાગરિકોની માફક હવે ભાજપ નેતાઓ ખરાબ રસ્તાના કારણે કંટાળ્યા છે. કડીના ભાજપના&nbsp;&nbsp;ધારાસભ્ય રાજેન્દ્ર ચાવડાએ રસ્તા ઉપર પડેલા ખાડા પૂરવા માર્ગ અને મકાન વિભાગના અધિકારીને ફોન કર્યો હતો. તે સમયે સ્પીકર ઓન હોવાથી અધિકારીએ ખાડા પૂરવાની નકાર ભણતાં વાતચીત વીડિયો કેમેરામાં કેદ થઈ હતી. નાગરિકોની હાજરીમાં ફોન કર્યો હોવાથી ખાડા પૂરવાની ના કહેતાં ધારાસભ્યનો પિત્તો ગયો હતો. આ વીડિયો સોશિયલ મીડિયામાં વાયરલ થતાં સમગ્ર ગુજરાતમાં મામલો ભારે ચર્ચાસ્પદ બન્યો હતો. 
<span lang="GU" style="font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-bidi-language: GU;">કડી તાલુકા પંચાયતના પૂર્વ કારોબારી ચેરમેન ગોવિંદ પટેલે રસ્તાના ખાડાઓની સમસ્યા ધારાભ્ય સમક્ષ મૂકી હતી. આ ફરિયાદ મામલે કડીના ધારાસભ્ય રાજેન્દ્ર પટેલે માર્ગ અને મકાન વિભાગના નાયબ કાર્યપાલક ઇજનેર ઓજસ પટેલને ફોન કર્યો હતો. ધારાસભ્યએ તે વખતે ફોનમાં સ્પીકર ઓન રાખ્યું હતું. તેથી ધારાસભ્યને અધિકારીએ આપેલો જવાબ સ્પષ્ટ રીતે સંભળાતો હતો. ધારાસભ્યે ટેન્ડર કે કોન્ટ્રાક્ટની પ્રક્રિયાને બાજુએ મૂકી તાત્કાલિક ખાડા પૂરવા સૂચના આપી હતી. જોકે, <span lang="GU" style="font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-bidi-language: GU;">અધિકારીએ લેખિત આપવાનું કહેતાં ધારાસભ્ય રોષે ભરાયા હતા.&nbsp;

<span lang="GU" style="font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-bidi-language: GU;">જો કે, ધારાસભ્ય અને અધિકારીની વાતચીતનો આ વીડિયો સોશિયલ મીડિયામાં વાયરલ થયો હતો. જેના કારણે ખાસ્સો વિવાદ થયો છે. વિવાદની સાથે લોકોના મનમાં સવાલ પણ ઉઠી રહ્યા છે કે, રોડ-રસ્તા અને પ્રિ-મોન્સૂન કામગીરીમાં કરવામાં આવેલી ગેરરીતિ અને ભ્રષ્ટાચારના કારણે જનતાની સાથે નેતાઓ પરેશાન થઈ રહ્યા છે. દર વર્ષે આ પ્રકારની સ્થિતિ થતી હોવા છતાં કોઈ નક્કર કાર્યવાહી નહી કરાતાં અધિકારીઓ પણ જાડી ચામડીના થઈ ગયા છે. તેઓ હવે ધારાસભ્યોની સૂચનાને પણ ફગાવી દેતાં ખચકાતા નથી.

<span lang="GU" style="font-family: 'Shruti',sans-serif; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-bidi-language: GU;">રાજેન્દ્ર ચાવડાએ રાજપુરથી ચાંદરડા જતા બિસ્માર રોડ અંગે માર્ગ અને મકાન વિભાગના અધિકારી ઓજસ પટેલને ફોન કર્યો હતો. ઓજસ પટેલે ઉદ્ધતાઈભર્યો જવાબ આપ્યાનો વીડિયો સોશિયલ મીડિયામાં વાયરલ થયો હતો. વીડિયો મામલે વિવાદ થતાં માર્ગ અને મકાન વિભાગના અધિકારી અને ધારાસભ્ય રાજેન્દ્ર ચાવડાએ ખાનગી બેઠક કરી સમાધાન કરી લીધુ હતું. જો કે, એક વાત સ્પષ્ટ થઈ છે કે, સરકારી અધિકારીઓ ધારાસભ્યોનું પણ સાંભળતા નથી. ધારાસભ્યે અધિકારીએ ઉડાઉ જવાબ આપ્યો હોવા છતાં ધારાસભ્યએ સામેથી વિવાદ પતી ગયો હોવાની સ્પષ્ટતા કરી છે.
