During proceedings, Justice N. Senthilkumar asked pointedly: &ldquo;Do people think nothing can be done to them? Do you want the court to be a mute spectator?&rdquo; The remarks came in response to a petition filed by S. M. Kathiravan of Anna Nagar, seeking judicial intervention against Arjuna&rsquo;s &ldquo;Gen Z Revolution&rdquo; post on X (formerly Twitter).

Is there no law and order? Very unfortunate,&rdquo; he said, emphasising that freedom of speech is subject to reasonable restrictions.
Arjuna&rsquo;s post, which reportedly encouraged youth mobilisation against the ruling DMK government in Tamil Nadu, has drawn widespread attention amid rising political tensions. While supporters view the content as a legitimate call for political engagement, critics&mdash;including the state administration&mdash;have flagged it as potentially inflammatory and capable of inciting unrest.
