Minneapolis witnessed a horrifying tragedy when a 23-year-old gunman stormed into a church service at Annunciation Catholic School and opened fire on children, killing two students. The attacker, identified as Robin Westman, left behind chilling clues that point to his disturbing state of mind.
Investigators revealed that Westman&rsquo;s weapons bore handwritten phrases such as &ldquo;Kill Donald Trump,&rdquo; &ldquo;Mashallah,&rdquo; &ldquo;Nuke India,&rdquo; and &ldquo;Israel Must Fall.&rdquo; Conservative activist Laura Loomer shared images highlighting these markings, which matched earlier material linked to the suspect.

The attack unfolded as Westman fired dozens of rounds from a rifle, a shotgun, and a pistol, all of which he had legally purchased. Authorities later discovered him dead in the school&rsquo;s parking lot, believed to have taken his own life.
Digital footprints further expose his preparation. On a YouTube channel under the name &ldquo;Robin W,&rdquo; two now-deleted videos were uploaded before the massacre. One video, shot on a mobile phone, displayed a cache of firearms, ammunition, and magazines scribbled with names of previous school shooters alongside Cyrillic writings. Holding up a pistol, Westman chillingly remarked: &ldquo;This one is for me. In case I need it.&rdquo;
The same footage showed a handwritten letter addressed to his family, where he apologized for the devastation his actions would cause them.
Another video ran nearly 20 minutes and focused on two journals. One contained more than 150 handwritten pages in Cyrillic script, while the other, dated August 21, 2025, stretched over 60 pages. Both notebooks remain under examination as investigators search for motive and possible ideological influences.
While authorities confirmed Westman had no prior criminal history, the details emerging from his journals and weapon inscriptions suggest a troubled mind fixated on violence and extremist rhetoric. The attack has reignited debate in Minnesota over early detection of warning signs and the vulnerability of schools during religious gatherings.
