Dhurandhar continues to defy conventional box office trends, showing no signs of fatigue even in its second week. The Ranveer Singh-led spy thriller delivered another massive performance on Tuesday, strengthening its dominance at both the domestic and global box office.
In India, Dhurandhar collected ₹30.50 crore net on Monday, followed by an impressive ₹30 crore on Tuesday. These figures are considered extraordinary for a film running into its second week. With this, the movie&rsquo;s domestic net collection has surged to ₹411.25 crore in just 12 days, while the gross collection stands at ₹493.50 crore.
The film has now become only the seventh Hindi movie to cross the ₹400-crore net mark in India. Trade analysts believe that given its current pace, Dhurandhar is well-positioned to breach the ₹500-crore and ₹600-crore milestones soon. Some industry watchers have even projected that it could become the first Bollywood film to cross ₹700 crore in domestic collections.
Overseas, the film witnessed a strong surge during its second weekend. Dhurandhar earned approximately $16 million globally within its first 12 days, with more than half of this amount coming in the last five days alone. This sharp rise has pushed its worldwide box office total to around ₹639 crore, more than double its earnings from the first week.
On Tuesday, the film also surpassed the lifetime box office collections of several major blockbusters, including Leo, Jailer, and Sultan. It is now expected to overtake the global lifetime earnings of Baahubali: The Beginning and is on track to challenge the ₹700-crore global milestone within days.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar is a high-octane spy thriller featuring Ranveer Singh as Hamza, an Indian intelligence operative who infiltrates criminal networks in Pakistan&rsquo;s Lyari region. The ensemble cast includes Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan and Arjun Rampal. A sequel concluding the storyline is scheduled for release on March 12, 2026.
