Prospective teachers protesting for their rights on Teacher's Day near the Secretariat in Gandhinagar were detained by the police. While the protesting candidates outside the secretariat were detained, other candidates staged a protest on Pathikashram Road with various banners. All the candidates reached the Satyagraha camp when the police tried to detain them. Candidates raised slogans demanding permanent recruitment and release of recruitment notification. The state government had announced a notification on September 1 for the recruitment of 4000 posts of teachers for the recruitment of tat-tat candidates. Tet-tat candidates announced the agitation as the recruitment notification was not released. As part of this movement, some candidates reached outside the Secretariat in Gandhinagar to stage a sit-in protest demanding recruitment to the vacant post on the occasion of 'Shikshak Din'. Candidates protested outside the secretariat with various issues including recruitment, salary. Different groups of candidates rush the police: A group of candidates tried to present to the Chief Minister near Gate No-1 of the Secretariat with the demand for recruitment of permanent teachers. But, they were stopped outside the gate. So the candidates raised slogans and protested, the police detained all the candidates. Then another group protested from the Civil Hospital with various banners and tried to move towards the Secretariat on foot. While protesting, the candidates stopped the vehicles on the Pathikashram road and staged a vigil. So the police stopped the candidates at Ch-3 and G-3 circles. At this time the candidates started the sit-in with slogans. Due to the dharna, the one-way road was closed, causing a traffic jam. So when the police tried to detain the candidates, all the candidates kept going towards the Satyagraha camp. Tet-tat pass candidates said that when they came to present on June 18, we were not allowed to go to the secretariat to present. Then Rishikesh Patel issued a notification promising to recruit 24,700 teachers on September 1. Despite waiting till September 4, the notification did not come. So we have come to present to the Chief Minister. We have been saying for a year that teachers should be recruited. However, recruitment has not been done. The scheme of knowledge assistant has been implemented. Which is a temporary plan. What is the need for temporary candidates when the permanent candidates have passed? Instead of recruiting permanent candidates as they have cleared the exam, they are promoting the scheme of Gyan Sahachar. Yuvraj Singh, who led the Tet-Tat pass candidates, said that the recruitment was not done as per the calendar released by the state government. It was announced to recruit 24,700 teachers at that time. Which at that time announced date is gone but not recruited. Today on teacher's day, teachers are decorated in school, teachers are never decorated on the road. But today the teachers have to come to the streets for their demands. No official or functionary is ready to listen to them. Really qualified candidates are not recruited. Expressing outrage, the candidates said that the Education Minister had earlier said that the permanent recruitment will come on June 15. We believed. It did not come, so we started a movement. Then after the agitation, the leaders including the Chief Minister announced on different platforms and assured that the recruitment process of higher secondary teachers will start on September 1. Now the Education Minister says that this process will be completed before Diwali. How will the process be completed before Diwali if there is no notification now? Our only demand is to release the notification for the recruitment of permanent teachers.

ગાંધીનગરમાં સચિવાલય પાસે શિક્ષક દિને ભાવિ શિક્ષકોએ પોતાના હક માટે વિરોધ પ્રદર્શન કરતાં પોલીસે અટકાયત કરી હતી. સચિવાલયની બહાર વિરોધ કરી રહેલાં ઉમેદવારોની અટકાયત કરાતા અન્ય ઉમેદવારોએ પથિકાશ્રમ રોડ ઉપર વિવિધ બેનરો સાથે વિરોધ કરી ચક્કાજામ કર્યો હતો. પોલીસે અટકાયત કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરતાં તમામ ઉમેદવારો સત્યાગ્રહ છાવણી પહોંચી ગયા હતા. કાયમી ભરતી કરવા અને ભરતીનું નોટિફિકેશન બહાર પાડવાની માંગ સાથે ઉમેદવારોએ સૂત્રોચ્ચાર કર્યા હતા.&nbsp;
રાજ્ય સરકારે શિક્ષકોની ભરતી માટે ટેટ-ટાટ ઉમેદવારોની 4 હજાર જગ્યાની ભરતી માટે 1 સપ્ટેમ્બરે નોટિફિકેશન પાડવાની જાહેરાત કરી હતી. ભરતીનું નોટિફિકેશન જાહેર ન થતાં ટેટ-ટાટ ઉમેદવારોએ આંદોલનની જાહેરાત કરી હતી.
આ આંદોલનના ભાગરૂપે કેટલાક ઉમેદવારો 'શિક્ષક દિન' નિમિત્તે ખાલી પડેલી જગ્યા પર ભરતી કરવાની માંગ સાથે ધરણાં પ્રદર્શન કરવા ગાંધીનગરમાં સચિવાલયની બહાર પહોંચ્યા હતા. સચિવાલયની બહાર ઉમેદવારોએ ભરતી, પગાર સહિતના વિવિધ મુદ્દાઓ સાથે વિરોધ પ્રદર્શન કર્યુ હતુ.&nbsp;
ઉમેદવારોના અલગ-અલગ ગૃપે પોલીસને દોડાવી :
કાયમી શિક્ષકોની ભરતીની માંગ સાથે ઉમેદવારોના એક ગૃપે સચિવાલયના ગેટ નંબર-1 પાસે મુખ્યમંત્રીને રજૂઆત કરવા જવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો હતો. પરંતુ, તેઓને ગેટની બહાર રોકી દેવામાં આવ્યા હતા. તેથી ઉમેદવારોએ સૂત્રોચ્ચાર કરી વિરોધ પ્રદર્શન કરતાં પોલીસે તમામ ઉમેદવારોની અટકાયત કરી લીધી હતી.
ત્યારબાદ બીજા ગૃપે સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલથી વિવિધ બેનરો સાથે દેખાવો કરી પગપાળા સચિવાલય તરફ જવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો હતો. દેખાવો કરતાં ઉમેદવારોએ પથિકાશ્રમ રોડ ઉપર વાહનો રોકી ચક્કાજામ કર્યો હતો. તેથી પોલીસે ઉમેદવારોને ચ-3 અને ઘ-3 સર્કલ ઉપર રોકી દીધા હતા. આ સમયે ઉમેદવારોએ સૂત્રોચ્ચાર સાથે ધરણાં શરૂ કર્યા હતા. ધરણાંના કારણે એકતરફનો રોડ બંધ થઈ જતાં ટ્રાફિક જામના દ્રશ્યો સર્જાયા હતા. તેથી પોલીસે ઉમેદવારોની અટકાયત કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરતાં તમામ ઉમેદવારો સત્યાગ્રહ છાવણી તરફ જતાં રહ્યા હતા.&nbsp;
ટેટ-ટાટ પાસ ઉમેદવારોએ જણાવ્યુ કે 18 જૂને રજૂઆત કરવા આવ્યા ત્યારે અમને સચિવાલયમાં રજૂઆત કરવા જવા દીધા ન હતા. ત્યારબાદ ઋષિકેશ પટેલે નોટિફિકેશન બહાર પાડી 24,700 શિક્ષકોની 1 સપ્ટેમ્બરના રોજ ભરતી કરવાની ખાતરી આપી હતી. 4 સપ્ટેમ્બર સુધી રાહ જોવા છતાં નોટિફિકેશન આવ્યું નહિ. તેથી અમે મુખ્યમંત્રીને રજૂઆત કરવા આવ્યા છીએ.
અમે એક વર્ષથી કહી રહ્યા છીએ કે શિક્ષકોની ભરતી કરો. તેમ છતાં ભરતી કરવામાં આવી નથી. જ્ઞાન સહાયકની યોજના અમલમાં મૂકી છે. જે એક હંગામી યોજના છે. જ્યારે કાયમી ઉમેદવારો પાસ થઈને બેઠા છે તો હંગામી ઉમેદવારોની જરૂર જ શું છે? &nbsp;કાયમી ઉમેદવારો પરીક્ષા પાસ કરીને બેઠા હોવાથી તેમની ભરતી કરવાના બદલે જ્ઞાન સહાયકની યોજનાને આગળ વધારી રહ્યા છે.
ટેટ-ટાટ પાસ ઉમેદવારોની આગેવાની લેનાર યુવરાજસિંહે જણાવ્યું કે રાજ્ય સરકારે કેલેન્ડર બહાર પાડ્યુ છે એ મુજબ ભરતી કરવામાં આવી નથી. જે તે સમયે 24,700 શિક્ષકોની ભરતી કરવાની જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવી હતી. જે તે વખતે જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલી તારીખ જતી રહી છે પણ ભરતી કરવામાં આવી નથી.
આજે શિક્ષક દિવસે શિક્ષક શાળામાં શોભે શિક્ષક ક્યારેય રસ્તા પર ના શોભે. પરંતુ આજે શિક્ષકોને પોતાની માગણી મુદ્દે રસ્તા પર આવવું પડ્યુ છે. તેમને સાંભળવા કોઈ અધિકારી કે પદાધિકારી તૈયાર નથી. ખરેખર લાયક ઉમેદવારોની ભરતી કરવામાં આવતી નથી.
ઉમેદવારોએ આક્રોશ વ્યક્ત કરતાં કહ્યુ કે, શિક્ષણમંત્રીએ અગાઉ કહ્યું હતું કે 15 જૂને કાયમી ભરતી આવશે. અમે વિશ્વાસ કર્યો. ના આવી એટલે અમે આંદોલન કર્યુ. ત્યારબાદ આંદોલન પછી મુખ્યમંત્રી સહિત નેતાઓએ અલગ અલગ પ્લેટફોર્મ પરથી જાહેરાત કરીને 1 સપ્ટેમ્બરે ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષકોની ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા શરૂ થઈ જવાની ખાતરી આપી હતી. હવે શિક્ષણમંત્રી દિવાળી પહેલાં આ પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ થઈ જવાનું કહે છે. હાલમાં નોટિફેકશન નહીં આવે તો દિવાળી પહેલાં કઈ રીતે પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ થશે. અમારી ફક્ત એક જ માંગ છે કે કાયમી શિક્ષકોની ભરતીનું નોટિફેકશન બહાર પાડો.

गांधीनगर में सचिवालय के पास शिक्षक दिवस पर अपने अधिकारों के लिए प्रदर्शन कर रहे भावी शिक्षकों को पुलिस ने हिरासत में ले लिया। सचिवालय के बाहर प्रदर्शन कर रहे अभ्यर्थियों को हिरासत में ले लिया गया, वहीं अन्य अभ्यर्थियों ने विभिन्न बैनरों के साथ पथिकाश्रम रोड पर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। सभी अभ्यर्थी सत्याग्रह शिविर में पहुंचे तो पुलिस ने उन्हें हिरासत में लेने की कोशिश की. अभ्यर्थियों ने स्थायी भर्ती और भर्ती अधिसूचना जारी करने की मांग को लेकर नारेबाजी की. राज्य सरकार ने टैट-टैट अभ्यर्थियों की भर्ती के लिए शिक्षकों के 4 हजार पदों पर भर्ती के लिए 1 सितंबर को नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया था. भर्ती अधिसूचना जारी नहीं होने पर टीईटी-टैट अभ्यर्थियों ने किया आंदोलन का एलान. इस आंदोलन के तहत कुछ अभ्यर्थी 'शिक्षक दिवस' के मौके पर गांधीनगर में सचिवालय के बाहर रिक्त पद पर भर्ती की मांग को लेकर धरना देने पहुंचे. भर्ती, वेतन समेत विभिन्न मुद्दों को लेकर अभ्यर्थियों ने सचिवालय के बाहर प्रदर्शन किया. अभ्यर्थियों के अलग-अलग गुटों ने पुलिस पर धावा बोला: स्थायी शिक्षकों की भर्ती की मांग को लेकर अभ्यर्थियों के एक समूह ने सचिवालय के गेट नंबर-1 के पास मुख्यमंत्री के सामने अपनी बात रखने की कोशिश की. लेकिन, उन्हें गेट के बाहर ही रोक दिया गया. तो अभ्यर्थियों ने नारेबाजी और विरोध प्रदर्शन किया तो पुलिस ने सभी अभ्यर्थियों को हिरासत में ले लिया. तभी दूसरे समूह ने विभिन्न बैनरों के साथ सिविल अस्पताल से विरोध प्रदर्शन किया और पैदल सचिवालय की ओर बढ़ने की कोशिश की. अभ्यर्थियों ने विरोध प्रदर्शन करते हुए पथिकाश्रम रोड पर वाहनों को रोककर जाम लगा दिया. इसलिए पुलिस ने अभ्यर्थियों को सीएच-3 और जी-3 सर्किल पर रोक दिया। इसी दौरान अभ्यर्थियों ने नारेबाजी के साथ धरना शुरू कर दिया. धरने के कारण एक तरफ का रास्ता बंद कर दिया गया, जिससे ट्रैफिक जाम हो गया. ऐसे में जब पुलिस ने अभ्यर्थियों को हिरासत में लेने की कोशिश की तो सभी अभ्यर्थी सत्याग्रह शिविर की ओर बढ़ते रहे. टेट-टैट पास अभ्यर्थियों ने बताया कि जब वे 18 जून को प्रेजेंटेशन देने आये तो हमें सचिवालय में प्रेजेंटेशन देने नहीं जाने दिया गया. फिर ऋषिकेश पटेल ने एक अधिसूचना जारी कर 1 सितंबर को 24,700 शिक्षकों की भर्ती करने का वादा किया. 4 सितंबर तक इंतजार करने के बावजूद नोटिफिकेशन नहीं आया. इसलिए हम मुख्यमंत्री को अपनी बात रखने आये हैं. हम एक साल से कह रहे हैं कि शिक्षकों की भर्ती होनी चाहिए. लेकिन, नियुक्ति नहीं हो सकी है. ज्ञान सहायक की योजना लागू की गई है। जो एक अस्थायी योजना है. जब स्थायी अभ्यर्थी उत्तीर्ण हो गये तो अस्थाई अभ्यर्थियों की क्या आवश्यकता है? परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले स्थायी उम्मीदवारों की भर्ती करने के बजाय, वे ज्ञान सहचर योजना को बढ़ावा दे रहे हैं। टेट-टैट पास अभ्यर्थियों का नेतृत्व कर रहे युवराज सिंह ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा जारी कैलेंडर के अनुसार भर्ती नहीं की गयी. उस समय 24,700 शिक्षकों की भर्ती की घोषणा की गई थी. जिसकी उस समय घोषित तिथि निकल चुकी है लेकिन भर्ती नहीं हुई है। आज शिक्षक दिवस पर शिक्षकों को स्कूल में सजाया जाता है, शिक्षकों को कभी सड़क पर नहीं सजाया जाता. लेकिन आज शिक्षकों को अपनी मांगों को लेकर सड़कों पर उतरना पड़ रहा है. कोई अधिकारी या पदाधिकारी उनकी बात सुनने को तैयार नहीं है. वास्तव में योग्य उम्मीदवारों की भर्ती नहीं की जाती है। अभ्यर्थियों ने आक्रोश व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि शिक्षा मंत्री ने पहले कहा था कि 15 जून को स्थायी भर्ती आयेगी. हमने विश्वास किया. यह नहीं आया तो हमने आंदोलन शुरू किया.' तब आंदोलन के बाद मुख्यमंत्री समेत नेताओं ने अलग-अलग मंच से घोषणा कर आश्वासन दिया था कि एक सितंबर से उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया शुरू हो जायेगी. अब शिक्षा मंत्री का कहना है कि दिवाली से पहले यह प्रक्रिया पूरी कर ली जाएगी. अब नोटिफिकेशन नहीं हुआ तो दिवाली से पहले प्रक्रिया कैसे पूरी होगी? हमारी एक ही मांग है कि स्थाई शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया जाए.
